My name is Janeen Rumanes and I am a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty – Atlanta Partners.  I have been a licensed agent for over three years and before that was in the mortgage industry for seven.  I LOVE the housing business and I love working with my clients!  My favorite part is helping people find deals and seeing them fall in love with their new home.  I am a relationship builder and providing value not only in the knowledge and expertise I can offer as an agent, but also in referring out other quality services in and around the area of real estate.

My husband and I have been married for just over two years and we currently have two dogs, Jake and Molly.  Our beloved dog, Beau just recently passed away.  We love our dogs just like they were our kids…we don’t having any of those, yet.

We enjoy vacations on the beach and brief get-aways when our jobs permit (real estate reall\y makes you “take” a vacation!)  And I love music, fine dining, boxing and the UFC.

You can obviously expect to read about my opinions on the Atlanta real estate market and specific homes available for sale.  But you will also hear about our experiences on trips, recommendations on resturants and exciting events that I hear about around the Metro Atlanta.
